7. Primary Producers

- Many primary producers have unregistered vehicles that they use only to get around on their property. Even if you have to cross a road because of it divides your land your vehicle does not have to be registered if it is used only for the purpose of your primary production.
- Similarly many primary producers have equipment that they need to move around. Agricultural equipment being towed at the rear of a registered vehicle does not to be registered by itself.
