At LegalEagle we aim to provide you with excellent services and documents backed by great customer service. We also recognise that one size doesn’t fit all. So if you’re not happy, we make it easy for you to receive a hassle-free refund, credit or exchange if you find a service or document unsatisfactory or have a technical difficulty that cannot be resolved to your satisfaction.
If you're not satisfied with any of our products or services, simply return any documents and materials provided to you within 30 days of their purchase by post to PO Box 279, Hamilton NSW 2303, Australia and provide feedback on the problem you had. If you did not receive any documents or materials from us, simply email us at accounts@legaleagle.com.au within 30 days and provide feedback on the problem. If you want a refund, we’ll process the request within 5 business days and where possible deposit it to the same account from which payment was made.
This offer does not extend to refunding payments we have made to any third parties including governments, their agencies or other third parties who were involved in processing your request, or any money you paid directly to a third party yourself including any lawyer you may have connected with through LegalEagle.
With most legal processes there is no guarantee of success and we do not and cannot provide any such guarantee. For example, we cannot guarantee that registrations requiring approval by a government agency will be successful. Where we provide time estimates for processing by third parties including government agencies, these are estimates only and we are unable to exercise any control over the process. They are not part of the satisfaction guarantee.
