- Your unit entitlement is set by a licenced valuer and listed with your lot number on the strata plan.
- It is based on the market value of your lot as a percentage of the total value of the property.
- Your unit entitlement determines:
- your voting rights;
- the percentage of your share in the property; and
- the amount of levies you must pay.
