13. Notice for General Meeting

- In a strata scheme at least 7 days before the meeting notices must be given to each lot owner.
- The first mortgagee (such as a financial institution) or a covenant chargee (the holder of a positive covenant affecting a lot) must also be provided with notice if a motion requires a unanimous or special resolution.
- Notices follow a prescribed format and must include (among other things) the motions that are to be considered at the meeting.
