15. Quorum

- A quorum means that before any motion can be determined at a general meeting either:
- 25% of those entitled to vote must be present; or
- owners who hold at least 25% of the total unit entitlements must be present and entitled to vote.
- The quorum must be assembled within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time. If not the meeting is adjourned for seven days.
- If the quorum is not assembled at the rescheduled meeting it can proceed on the assumption that the people present are the quorum.
