7. General advice about CLCs

middot; Be patient with the CLC as they are often under-resourced!
· Keep your appointments. If you need to cancel or change an appointment then ring them and let them know so that they can use that time to help someone else. You can always make another appointment.
· Make sure you collect and keep all documents that are important in your case. You may need to use these documents as evidence to support your case. If you give any documents to the CLC then keep a copy for yourself. It is probably best for you to keep the original and let them scan it or take a copy.
