Will a decision about my application be made at the AAT conference?
- No. The tribunal does not make a final decision at a conference. Any decision which is made at a conference is made by the parties.
- At the conference the tribunal member or Conference Registrar will give you and the respondent a chance to talk about the decision and try to resolve the matter.
- If you are able to come to a resolution the tribunal will ask for the applicant to withdraw their appeal or for consent orders settling the matter to be prepared.
