What should I bring to a conference at the AAT?
- When you attend the conference you should bring:
- all the letters and other papers sent to you by the tribunal;
- copies of all the letters you have written to the department or the tribunal after you made your application to the AAT;
- the section T documents, case documents and any other papers sent to you by the department after you made your application to the tribunal; and
- anything else you believe the tribunal should be aware of such as medical reports or letters from friends, experts or organisations that you think might help support your case.
- If you have any concerns you can use our free and anonymous Ask a Lawyer service to get information specific to your situation.
