- The court may issue you with requisitions after you file your grant of probate. A requisition is a formal written request for more information or missing documentation.
- The court will issue you with requisitions if there are any errors in the grant of probate, the affidavit or supporting documentation.
- The court may also require further evidence and will raise these requisitions with you or your solicitor.
- These requisitions will need to be attended to prior to the granting of probate.
