4. Proprietary Maritime Claims

- You would be entitled to make a proprietary maritime claim in any of the following situations:
- where you have a dispute in relation to the title, possession, ownership or mortgage of your particular vessel;
- where you and a co-owner have a dispute in relation to the ownership or earnings of the vessel or the manner in which it is being operated; or
- where you are seeking to have an admiralty court decision enforced against a vessel or some other type of property.
