Who governs the commission?
- Generally a current or former judge will govern a commission.
- For more serious commissions there will be a number of commissioners. In these cases there will usually be between 3 and 6 commissioners.
- These will usually be judges and experts in the relevant field.
- The identity of the commissioners usually depends on what the subject matter of the inquiry is.
