How do you become an in-house lawyer?
- In-house counsel need to have a law degree. They may also need to be a qualified and practising solicitor or have specialised knowledge of the industry in which the company operates depending on their position and the company’s needs.
- They are hired directly by the company or through an agency recruiting on behalf of the company.
