What building and planning dispute decisions can my state Civil and Administrative Tribunal review?
- Civil and Administrative Tribunals can generally review:
- a decision by the local government to refuse to grant a planning permit;
- failure by the local government to provide a decision on your planning permit application within time;
- conditions included by the local government in a granted planning permit;
- if you objected to the granting of a planning permit, review of the grant of a permit;
- a decision by the local government to refuse to extend the time in which a development in a planning permit must be started or completed;
- a decision to enforce a planning permit or a planning scheme; and
- a decision to amend or cancel a planning permit.
