Can I be penalised for anything in relation to my pets?
- Yes. Depending what state or territory you are in you can be penalised for:
- not registering your cat or dog;
- failing to comply with a Nuisance Order issued in relation to your cat or dog;
- failing to adequately feed and house pets including horses; and
- dog attacks.
