- ILUAs can cover issues such as:
- access to an area;
- consent to future acts and development;
- the co-existence of native title and other rights;
- extinguishment of native title;
- employment and economic opportunities for native title group members;
- conditions of mining or development;
- protection of significant sites and cultural heritage; and
- compensation.
