Does it cost money to make a complaint about discrimination?
- Generally commissions and tribunals do not charge any fee for making a complaint.
- Courts do have fees which can be waived if you suffer financial hardship.
- You will also have to pay for private legal representation and advice unless you can find a lawyer who will give you assistance pro bono (for free).
