I have a defence to this charge. When will we tell the court?
- If you wish to raise a legal defence you need to raise that defence on the balance of probabilities. This is a lesser standard than the prosecution standard.
- A lawyer is the best person to advise you about whether you have a legal defence and what you need to do to raise that defence.
