Who do I sue if I think I have been defamed?
- You can sue anyone who has published the defamatory content or allowed the content to be published. This can include the
- author;
- distributor;
- printer;
- editor; or
- internet service provider.
- If you see the defamatory content being republished or redistributed by someone other than the original publisher or distributor you can sue them as well.
