Can I get a copy of my credit report?

I want to apply for a new loan but have been told that the lender requires a clear credit history. I am not sure what my credit history looks like. Can I get a copy of my credit history?

Yes. You can apply to get a copy of your credit report for free. This may take some time.
If you want it quicker you may have to pay a fee.
You should try to check your credit report at least once a year.
