How is the transfer of farming land treated in Western Australia?

I live in Western Australia and want to transfer farming land to a family member. How would this be treated for stamp duty purposes?

·         In Western Australia a dutiable transaction over farming land to a family member is exempt from transfer duty if:

o   the transferor is using the land in the business of primary production immediately before the transfer; and

o   the transferee intends to to continue to use the land for primary production.
