I recently legally changed the name of my business. Do I need to notify the state revenue office of this change?

- Yes. You need to notify the state revenue office if any company details change.
- Details include:
- the legal name of the business;
- employer status;
- contact person; or
- address of the business.
- You should log in to PTX Express and click the ‘update your records’ button.
- After you update your records you may click on submit.
