I would like to attend a mediation with my ex-husband in order to discuss a parenting plan. I live in the ACT and would like to know how I can find a suitable practitioner?

- You can use the Attorney General’s Family Dispute Resolution Register to locate an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner in your region: http://www.fdrr.ag.gov.au/Search.aspx.
- This register will let you know about private practitioners and those who work in government funded Family Relationship Centres.
- You can also ask your lawyer if they can recommend an FDRP.
