I have a lawyer friend who works for the government. Can I ask him to draft my will?
Lawyer Answers (1): Answers from lawyers are general preliminary responses. They are not formal legal advice and cannot taken account of all your circumstances. They do not create a lawyer–client relationship.

- No. Government lawyers are unable to give legal advice to members of the public.
- You should find a lawyer in your area that specializes in drafting wills.
