I am currently having a dispute with a colleague. I don’t think the issue is serious enough to make a formal complaint, and I don’t think either of us has committed any offences. Is there any other way I can try and deal with this dispute?

- Yes. If you are concerned with unacceptable behaviour in the workplace you may contact the Alternative Resolutions and Equity (ARE) branch of the Department of Defence.
- ARE provides advice on unacceptable behaviour, case management and coordinates the provision of conflict coaching and mediation.
