I have mental health issues and they are causing some legal problems for me. Who can help me?

I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety. One doctor said I have schizophrenia but I am not sure about that and I am not on any medication at the moment. I believe people discriminate against me because of my mental health issues and this makes things really hard. I have a few legal issues now but want to talk to someone who will understand where I am coming from.
