My application for citizenship was refused. What can I do now?

- You can have your decision reviewed by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
- Generally an application for review must be lodged with the Administrative Appeals Tribunal within 28 days of when the decision to refuse citizenship was made.
- For more information about the Administrative Appeals Tribunal please see our topic on Tribunals & Public Sector Appeals.
