When does my debt agreement end?

I am entering into a debt agreement and am unsure about how I can get out of it. Do I have to wait until I repay all the debts or can it end earlier?

  • A debt agreement ends when:
    • you have completed all your obligations and payments;
    • the court terminates or declares void the debt agreement; or
    • your creditors terminate the debt agreement.
