My ex-partner says his business is not worth anything and is almost bankrupt. I don’t believe him. How can we put a value on this asset?

- The parties can agree on an independent valuer or the court can appoint a valuer who will prepare a valuation for the case.
- Usually the cost is shared by the two parties.
