- Yes. All the assets of both parties are included in the joint asset pool.
- It does not matter whether it is held in one name only or in both your names.
- The court expects you to fully disclose your finances. If you don’t it will be taken extremely seriously.
- If you are unsure or have any doubts then you should check with your lawyer.
