Last week I was involved in a motor vehicle accident. I accidently hit a car and did not stop to exchange details. Can I get into trouble?

- You might be charged with one or more of the following offences:
- failure to stop after an accident;
- failure to exchange names and addresses;
- failure to render assistance; or
- failure to report an accident to the nearest police station.
