I've recently been involved in setting up a company and am interested in becoming a member once it is registered. How can I do this?

- There are two main ways that you can become a member.
- You can become a member from the moment of registration of the company. You will have to give consent to this before any application to register the company is made.
- You can give your agreement to becoming a member after registration with ASIC by giving written consent. Your name will be put on the register of members and the company must subsequently notify ASIC of a change to the register.
